🌍 SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently ship orders exclusively to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

We do not ship to any other countries at this time.


Delivery Time

Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday - Friday)
Shipping: 6–12 business days (Monday - Friday)
Total delivery time: 7–15 business days

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. However, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping Methods

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. All shipments include tracking and, where applicable, insurance.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are based on business days (Monday - Friday)
  • Excluding weekends and public holidays
  • Shipping times depend on carrier cut-off times and warehouse processing

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays

We strive to meet all estimated delivery times. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions

If delays occur, we or the shipping carrier will notify you with updated delivery information.

If your order cannot be delivered within 30 days, we will:

  1. Notify you
  2. Cancel the order
  3. Issue a full refund

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect details

If an address change is requested after shipment:

  • Additional fees from the carrier may apply
  • These costs will be charged to the customer

If we are billed by the carrier for address changes, we will forward the invoice to you.


Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If no signature is required, carriers may leave the package in a secure location.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check nearby areas or with neighbors
  • Wait 24 hours (it may still arrive)

If still missing:

  • Contact the carrier and request a trace investigation

Important:

  • Traces must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Without a trace, we cannot process replacements or refunds

If a package is confirmed lost, we will provide a suitable resolution.

If a package is returned to sender:

  • We can reship the order
  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.


Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
