🔁 Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We do not provide return labels
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
If the issue is caused by us (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Refund method: original payment method only
Please note:

- No restocking fee applies for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours, if not yet processed
After an order has entered fulfillment or shipping:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- The order can only be returned after delivery
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 2 business days.
📦 Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check your order upon arrival:
- Inspect the package for damage
- Confirm the product matches your order
- Check the contents carefully
If your order is damaged or incorrect:
- Refuse delivery if possible
- Inform the carrier
- Contact us immediately
Items that have been used or installed cannot be returned.
⚠️ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
This applies if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- Items are missing
🚫 Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color differences (lighting/screen variations)
- Ordering more items than needed
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Any issue not caused by NOCHI
Additionally, returns will not be accepted if:
- Items have been used or worn
- Items are missing original packaging or tags
- The return request is made after 30 days
🔄 Return Procedure
- All returns must be approved before being sent back
- Once approved, we will provide the return address
After we receive and inspect the item:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection

After approval:
