The NOCHI mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Roberts E-Commerce, operating under the brand name NOCHI (“NOCHI”, “we”, or “us”). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By subscribing to NOCHI’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring marketing messages from or on behalf of NOCHI at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and participation in this program is completely voluntary.

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to NOCHI or by using the unsubscribe link where available. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
